Answer: The word “favicon” is a short for “favorites icon”. This icon appears in the browser address bar and is of 16x16 pixel icon. Follow the steps below to change the favicon:
· Select or create an icon that you want to use as a favicon (must be of 16x16 pixel in size) and save it with the name favicon.png or favicon.gif.
· Convert the image to “favicon.ico” using the “FavIcon Generator”. You simply click the “Browse” button to locate your favicon.png or favicon.gid file, and then click the “Create Icon” button to convert your image. The generator will then provide you with a favicon.ico version of your logo.
· Now replace the “favicon.ico” in the unzipped SageFrame folder.

Answer: Though there is no disk space requirement for the SageFrame installation, but if you have minimum ASP.NET 3.5 with sp1 and MSSQL 2005 installed and in any drive 25 MB for the dll version and 65 MB for the source version then you can run SageFrame easily on your local machine. For the hosting purpose you need minimum IIS version 6.0 or more.

Answer: To reset an administrator password follow the steps below:
· Navigate to a Users module in the SageFrame CPanel.
· Click on the edit icon in the administrator row.
· Click on Change Password tab.
· Enter the password in the New Password field and re-enter the same in the Retype new password field.
